Meet Our Team

Lori Todd

Founder, Director of Operations

We adopted our Lucy on July 3rd 2017 from WHT. Our experience with Lori was amazing.  We only had to visit one time to know that Lori and her team were the most amazing people. I am so happy that we got to meet the WHT team. And I still follow them everyday on FB.

All our animals have been Walking Home Together rescues! Lori and her team are amazing! They will find the rescue that is the best fit for you!

Thank you so much for visiting our site! Walking Home Together is a 501(c)3 state licensed animal rescue in Conyers, Georgia. We are a grassroots organization that specializes in bottle feeding orphaned puppies and rescuing disabled/injured animals. We work diligently to bring our rescues back to health and get them adopted into forever homes. We pride ourselves on finding the best fit for our animals and for our potential adoptive families. Our goal is to reduce the number of stray animals through rescue, low cost spay and neuter, and educating the general population. All money we receive through donations and adoption fees is applied directly to the care of the animals.

Our adoption fee is $200 no matter what the breed of dog or how much we have had to spend on getting them adoption ready. The adoption fee includes their spay/neuter surgery, micro chipping, age appropriate vaccinations to include rabies, deworming, flea prevention, and heart worm prevention if applicable for age.
